Who we are
D-signvilla.com is a quality brand for designing and building modern homes in prime locations throughout Spain under the direction of Jeroen Nieuwdam Van den Bogaert. The years of knowledge and experience in the construction of housing in Spain is the basis of a new quality product; the D-signvilla.
Jeroen started in the Netherlands more than 20 years ago as a real estate agent/valuer. Soon he had to give in to his passion to work in Spain. First in the sale of homes for a large construction company; later as Valuer and Architect for clients of ABN-AMRO Bank and F. Van Lanschot Bank. Jeroen has inspected hundreds of houses over the past 20 years and unfortunately can conclude that the build quality often leaves much to be desired. A great time to change that! In addition to the architectural knowledge, he has the capacity and experience to realize your dream home.
We are mainly for “nice people". Because working with nice people makes life enjoyable! In addition to all expertise and communication in English, Dutch, French, German and Spanish, your privacy is fully guaranteed. But the word “exclusive" does not stand for nothing either.

We have chosen to build the house in a central location in Spain. In the town of Busot.
Busot is located north-west of Alicante on the Costa Blanca, a bit inland and about 20 minutes by car from the airport. Within 10 minutes you are on the beach of El Campello or San Juan. About the exact location we do not do secretly; In fact, you are welcome at the moment to take a closer look.
At the moment, the first excavation work has been completed and the construction of the basement and the estructura will start shortly.

We have built a model house in a central place in Spain. In Busot (near Alicante). In addition to this model house, we are building at least 2 D-sign villas.
